good for practise or performance

I was looking for a hard=wearing durable brush with a wood handle and tough nylon head. This was mainly so I can practise late at night and hit hard and fast without waking up the rest of the street! What I have found though is the ability to play with expression at all volumes with these brushes, and I am still on my first pair - they seem pretty unbreakable. Admittedly they don't have the range of expression you get from a metal brush, but I have broken many pairs of metal brushes in practise and performance and metal heads aren't as kind on my heads so I'm gonna stick with these.

Super Besen!

Die Vater Monster Wood Brushes, besitzen einen Griff aus Holz, der einem Stick der Größe 5A entspricht. Dadurch liegen die Besen perfekt in der Hand und sind nicht zu dünn wie bei vielen anderen.
Die Besen selbst bestehen aus einem gewellten blauen Kunststoff, die meiner Meinung nach auf der Snare nicht ganz so schnell anspricht, wie glatte Metallbesen. Dennoch finde ich den Sound und das Spielgefühl sehr gut.
Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Besen nicht eingezogen werden können. So kann es beim Transport in einer Sticktasche vorkommen, dass einzelne Borsten umknicken könne.

Ingesamt daher auch nur die 4 Sterne.

Spazzole speciali

Le Vater Monster Wood sono spazzole veramente speciali, adatte anche a chi vuole avere più volume e "pasta".
La bacchetta è ben bilanciata e ben costruita.
La dimensione 5a del legno rende il feeling più pratico e reale a quello di una bacchetta classica (anche se si usano altre misure)
La spazzola costituita da filamenti plastici sembra bella resistente.
Anche su cajon ha un bell' effetto!

Buone nel complesso ma mi aspettavo di più (senza avere la possibilità di provarle prima), essendo molto flessibili e leggere hanno un suono debole sul cajon e quasi assente sui piatti
