It is a functional device. It can be sturdy sometimes, depending on the place where you want to connect it. I've been using mine, and sometimes it gets loose (the carcass) though it is not a big problem.

Would prefer equipment with UK plugs
It is good that Thomann provide this adaptor free if you are buying in the UK so you can plug in the (sometimes expensive) equipment with EU plugs. But I would prefer to have an actual UK plug on my equipment this makes the whole plug assembly very large to hang out of the socket.

Feels a bit cheap but works fine
Works fine i guess but feels like cheap plastic and I'm not sure how durable it is. Especially compared to other plugs that I got for example from poundland that seem a but more solid. Either way it works so far

It does the job. Not great but Thomann is thoughtfully enough to send this little thingie free with orders from UK or Ireland

Sicherer EU-UK Adapter
Zu meiner letzten Bestellung eines Effektgeraetes hat Thomann mir noch passend diesen Adapter gratis hinzugefügt, was eine sehr schöne Geste war.
Der Adapter ist stabil gebaut und wirkt sicher. Leider ist allerdings die Steckeroeffnung nur fuer schmale Stecker gedacht, wodurch der Einsatz des Adapters fuer Rundstecker ausgeschlossen ist.

Works, if you need to use it.
Plastic seems solid however slightly cheap. I probably wouldn't trust in a gig scenario. I do not need to gig with it. Works perfectly fine for my home studio but I will be looking to buy a different plug to negate the need for an adapter.

Nice to have
It's thoughtful of Thomann to include this adaptor in the package of UK customers who might require it. This adaptor came with my Piano, and I have found it useful as I live in the UK. The only downside to this is that it makes the plug bigger. Overall, it's a good design and does the job. If you reside in the UK and buying an instrument from Thomann, you will likely get one for free as a complimentary gift. If not, you can but one yourself.
