Wasn't sure, but...!!
Adeler 20.05.2019
I ordered this amplifier because i have a 2 way system at home.
I was very unsure, but it turned out that the amplifier was very good.

Sound quality is great! Nothing to say about it! It's class D. No coloring of the sound as far as i am concerned

What i was unsure about was the ratings, it dosesn't say much about load/ohm/watt at what THD.
I have measured it to deliver 4x640w @ 4 ohms @ 1% THD so i am quite happy!

Also, i was exited to find out about noise from the fans. I can't hear them, really. There are two temperature controlled 80mm fans placed at an angle inside, pulling air from front and side and pushes it out on right side.

It's easy to use! Both the software and the on board controller works really great to set up, load, save and adjust presets and settings.

I REALLY recommends this amplifier, especialy for home use (Example; home teatre/home cinema, multi way setups and sub arrays)

I don't know if there are any amplifiers that can compare with this one for the price, and maybe even even more expensive amplifiers.

Perfect amp for creating an 8-way monitor mix!
heyimdan-dan 09.06.2021
I bought two Quadro 500 DSP power amps to ditch four very heavy amplifiers that were taking up 8U of rack space. I was unsure about how well these amps would perform, but after getting them hooked up to my wedges (250w 8ohm speakers) there was little doubt that I'd retain all the power I had before and make a lighter rack case.

The main attraction meant I could have a single rack that connected the two amps directly to my Midas DL32 stage box, with all the speaker DSP in there too, making for a very compact and quick gig set up.

The interface is great and very straight forward with lots of features I'll likely never need, but it's great to know it's there. From within the menu you can pair up XLR inputs to XLR channels. For example, Input A will send the source to Output A and B. Sadly you can't currently send Input A to say Outputs ABC&D. That would be very handy for particular circumstances, especially since there aren't any XLR thru's to link channels. But some XLR splitter leads can navigate that issue. (EDIT: I have since worked out how to take the input from channel A and use it to drive all four speaker outputs)

Considering buying more to run my FOH high frequency drivers. (EDIT: I bought two more of these amps to run the HF drivers in my 16 box line array, with 8 boxes per side. Each HF driver is 16 ohms, and there are two in each cabinet. I use one speaker output channel to run 4 HF drivers, and with the volume level at -12db, so the amp is only outputting at about 60-70 watts and this is more than enough. The clarity is excellent and I can’t fault it.)

OK
best choice for this price
Oliver Kocsis 30.01.2019
I use it in a church, to everyone's satisfaction, it was the best choice, I chose because of theintegrated DSP and delay, together with a Behringer xr16 (fixed install, no buttons, no faders= no problem with amateur sound guys). Crystal clear sound, good damping factor, simply and useful one button menu for configuration, all for a very good price. I am also pleased with the customer.

Great amp for BGM
Tarkovsky 19.05.2022
A lot of people haven't really listened to many amps on good speakers.
Well, I've made it my mission to. On a good quality speaker, listening to these is pretty bad indeed.

Of course, this is unfair. It's a cheap amp that you can use to do a job. In that respect, it's fantastic. It's just if you are expecting comparison to something with some actual sonics (crest, lab gruppen td stuff, MC2 stuff) you will be severely disappointed.

So dear reader, buy away. I've installed about 5 of them in background music type scenarios, and I'll keep doing so, because the density and value is incredible. But using to these on anything decent, completely forget about it.

And yes, I can blind A/B the difference. And no, it's not that I'm missing a distortion elsewhere, it's that the topology implemented in this manner sounds really bad.
