Sennheiser ACCENTUM Open Black

I bought these when my previous Sennheiser true wireless earphones gave up, hoping for a similar experience. While the sound quality is still excellent (to my ears), other aspects have taken a step back.

Physically, they're less comfortable in my ears, feeling a little loose and without a replaceable tip it feels like there's nothing I can do about that. The charging box also feels flimsy, especially the hinge, which is very loose and easy to accidentally close while you've got the case open.

Technologically it's not great. I had it paired with my phone and iPad, and while I tried to watch a video on my phone, it repeatedly stopped the video and resumed playback on my iPad, despite my not having interacted with the earphones in any way. I'd press play on the video, it'd play for a second, then stop and begin playback from my iPad. My only recourse was to have the iPad forget the device.

It's also not compatible with the Sennheiser Smart Control app. While I have mixed feelings about the app, it was nice to have an easily-accessed place to deal with bluetooth problems and to have an equaliser.

Overall they're decent earphones, but with some annoying niggles.

N'ayant plus utilisé d'écouteurs depuis des années, et cherchant un modèle pratique qui peut se glisser partout, j'ai eu du mal à trouver mon bonheur. Le problème étant que la grande majorité des modèles actuels utilisent des embouts en silicone, que je ne supporte pas, et les modèles ouverts comme celui-ci ne sont pas légion.

Sennheiser étant une marque reconnue, j'ai donc voulu tenter. Bilan rapide :
- Écouteurs sans embouts : beaucoup plus confortable pour mes oreilles. Et malgré le fait qu'ils bougent parfois un peu, ils ne tombent pas.
- Qualité de son correcte : ça reste des écouteurs bluetooth, donc rien à voir avec un bon casque, mais ça reste tout à fait décent.
- Pas d'application stupide pour gérer le tout. Connexion simple aux différents périphériques.

En somme, plutôt satisfait pour une première paire de ce genre. Je ne savais pas vraiment à quoi m'attendre, mais le résultat est plaisant.

Ich mag persönlich das offene Design lieber, gerade wenn ich damit telefoniere. Größe, Tragekomfort und Bedienung vergleichbar mit den Apple AirPods oder anderen ohne Silkonaufsätze. Sound Sennheiser-like erwartbar gut. Ich kann sie bei mir gut im Ohr festklemmen, dann halten sie sicher. Zuverlässige Ton-Meldung wenn sie sich connecten oder wenn sie aufgeladen werden wollen. Gibt es seit etwa Mitte 2025. Finde gut dass es sie auch als schwarzes Modell gibt, nicht immer das Apple lookalike-weiß.
