Partendo col dire che l’imballaggio è stato fatto con i piedi e non con le mani.. lo scatolo contenente la schecter è stato inserito aperto dentro lo scatolo causando la fuoristrada dello strumento non appena estratto lo scatolo. Alloggiamento del vano batteria con una vite troppo stretta e quindi la plastica era crepata, uno dei due contatti della batteria era spezzato e l’input del jack è difettoso. Queste sono le condizioni con cui mi è stato spedito uno strumento di oltre 2000€. Mi chiedo che tipo di controllo venga fatto ai prodotti prima di imballarli e spedirli. Assistenza ovviamente inutile per quanto riguarda il danno subito dalla fuoriuscita impossibile da prevedere e proposto l’invio dello strumento in sede per la riparazione dei difetti di fabbrica. Onestamente non volevo mandare uno strumento che ha subito un danno che poi sarebbe aumentato di certo durante il trasporto. Ho risolto A MIE SPESE da un liutaio che ha resuscitato e sistemato tutto. “Grazie” Thomann.
