Sehr leicht - sehr schnell - sehr schön

Vorne weg - die Schlägel sind wirklich sehr schön und klingen super!
Der braune und dünne Stiel sehen sehr edel aus, der Kopf ist schön rund und alles gut verarbeitet und sie liegen gut in der Hand!
Sie sind sehr leicht, was für manche ein Problem sein könnte, weil es sich so anfühlt, als hätte man nichts in der Hand oder man unglaublich viel Kraft eigensteuern muss, um einen kräftigen/lauten Ton herauszubekommen und für andere ist es gerade recht, weil man sehr schnell spielen, als auch (Pauken) wechseln kann!
Leider habe ich nach einigem Spielen einen kleinen Riss im Stiel entdeckt (der da aber vermutlich schon von Anfang an drin war und nicht vom Spielen/Üben kam), den ich aber dann markiert habe und der seitdem nicht größer geworden ist, folglich also auch kein Problem darstellt!

Alles in allem ist es ein super Schlägel, mit dem man sich außerordentlich wohl fühlt, leise und schnell spielen kann, der jedoch für meinen Geschmack ein bisschen zu leicht ist und man für laute Stellen oder Soli im Orchester sehr viel investieren (kraftmäßig) muss!

Un son léger mais riche

Une paire presque "must have". Un son léger dans le piano mais riche en couleurs. On aura du mal à amener un fortissimo très puissant mais même sur la symphonie du nouveau monde de Dvořák cette paire a su se montrer très polyvalente.
la laine est de bonne qualité ainsi que le manche bambou qui est d'une légèreté incroyable. Ce dernier peut s'avérer fragile si on a tendance à jouer des pièces comme saeta qui demandent de jouer directement avec le manche.

Der optimale Einstieg

Ich kaufe die Pro-140 für meine Schüler zum Einstieg; geliefert wird der Schlägel wie erwartet zum Schutz in einer Plastikhülle; wie bei den großen "Markenprodukten" gilt auch hier: Wer gut mit seinem Kram umgeht hat auch länger etwas davon.
Nach Gebrauch also einfach wieder in die Verpackung schieben oder - wem das zu groß ist - die Köpfe einfach in ein Stück Plastik einwickeln.

Optisch macht der Schlägel natürlich ordentlich was her, aber auch qualitativ setzen Playwood hier einen Maßstab in der Preisklasse.

Mit einem solide verarbeiteten und vor allem geraden Stiel ist die Haptik wirklich erste Sahne und besteht im Vergleich zu vielen günstigeren Produkten nicht aus Birke oder ähnlichem, sondern tatsächlich echtem Tonkin. Wenn man jetzt ans Ende noch ein paar Gummis ranmacht, dann kann eigentlich schon fast nichts mehr schief gehen.

Auch die Köpfe sind sehr gut verarbeitet; der Filz sitzt gut auf dem Stiel, nichts wackelt, es sind keine Nähte zu sehen und noch wichtiger: auch nicht zu hören.
Durch den flachen Korkkern hat der Pro-140 einen mittelharten und kernigen Anschlag, wenn man es darauf anlegt kann er aber auch schon ordentlich Gas geben. Aber auch ein sanfter Pianissimo-Wirbel ist kein Problem!

Fazit: Vor allem für Anfänger ist dieses Modell ein gefundenes Fressen. Für verhältnismäßig wenig Geld bekommt man einen super verarbeiteten Schlägel, der gut klingt und - sofern man ihn gut behandelt - auch lange hält!
