This bowl has a beautiful rich sound, and resonates for far longer than other manufacturer's bowls; the Peter Hess bowls are worth the extra money. I am a professional musician who is also interested in sound healing; I have the universal, the large heart and the large pelvis Peter Hess bowls, and will use them as musical instruments as well as for sound baths.

i use this with the universal bowl and together they are wonderful for personal massage on the body, nice weight, nice size

Beautiful Quality Bowl

The quality is immediately apparent, like others have said, it's more expensive but if you can afford it, it's absolutely worth the extra money. It has a nice lowish resonant sound when you hit it with a soft mallet, pretty much identical to the demo sound but also pings nice and high with a felt covered wooden mallet. It really is a beautiful thing.

Ma femme et moi avons découvert les massages sonores avec une amie qui vient de se spécialiser dans ce domaine.
Subjugué par les vibrations de ces "outils thérapeutique", j'ai décidé d'en offrir un à ma femme. Il est posé dans la salle (où nous passons fréquemment), afin de profiter pleinement de ces vibrations "envoûtantes" et "bienfaitrices".
Ce produit correspond tout à fait à l'appellation "thérapeutique" par ses 12 métaux qui le composent.
