It works well, gets my frets up to a near mirror shine and it doesn't take long to get there.
I still recommend taping off your fretboard over using the fretguards as some of the polish will still make it to the wood. It doesn't cause any damage but will get stuck in difficult to reach places.

I'd been looking at my really dirty frets on my electric guitar for two years without doing anything about it. Decided to try this and it's been a game changer. It feels like I've gotten a new guitar. Guitar looks amazing and plays so much better. Highly recommended.

I've never polished my frets before but this actually makes a big difference when playing. Just a few minutes of work when changing strings will improve the way your guitar feels, making it quite pleasant, so you end up playing more in the end.
