Millenium Quick Table

We use a Behringer X18 Mixer with a small laptop and a Behringer BCR200 for our bands gigs and when recording another laptop which has our DAW on it.

It is not always convenient to use a table as they typically take up additional space on stage, so I have been using a rectangular guitar case on top of a keyboard stand to give me room for this equipment. The downside to this is that my guitar is usually the first thing I get out and the last thing to be put away which means that it is more likely to get damaged whilst setting up and packing down. That is until I saw this little stand which will do the job also.

Having purchased the stand I can safely say that it works quite well. It is relatively stable and the X18, BCR200 and laptop all fit on it nicely and the amount of real estate it takes up is minimal compared with using either the guitar case or a table from the venue.

The legs fold up quite well for travelling and the table top is a one piece item.

There is one downside though, and that is that the metal table top is extremely heavy for its size, this is because it is well engineered, but I wouldn't want to have to carry it to far.

I am very pleased with this purchase as it will make setting up and taking down all the easier and add to the protection of my guitar as well.

It would be nice that Millenium would sell these separate, as the shelf is spacious and relatively stable due to its 'heavy duty', weighty style.

As for the stand I found that its X-axis locking mechanism isn't really trustworthy, it can come loose with a few wrong turns, since its basically a screw and a spring pressure locked together, so you have to be careful not to do any left turns or it might just come off flying away. Also, it doesn't look as robust as its shelf counterpart.

So overall the table is good. I use it for dj'ing. It's not as stable as I would want it but it seems stable enough. The stand could use a bit more rigidity because it flexes a bit when you push on it. The build quality of the table is fairly good but on the stand it could be better. And the table itself, not the stand bends quite easily, mine came already bent a bit but nothing that would make it unusable. I had a few problems with the ups delivery but the guys at thomann were very helpful, polite and they tried their best to help but there was nothing they could really do besides send another package with the same contents. Overall the table is good enough, experience with thomann very good and experience with ups quite bad.
