No that expensive, easy to use and great sound
Bought this for the singer in my band, she's been trouble hearing herself while playing live and this caused some issues with her voice since she had to exert herself to be able to hear the vocals.
Bought this for her and after 2 minutes she was hooked.
The sound is great, the in-ear plugs filter out the sound really efficiently.
The only issue or "bad thing" about it is the display on the receiver is a bit scrambled during the first minutes of use (each time) at first I thought it was broken since it looked like an old digital watch that had been through a rough time, but we didn't have any choice but to use if since we had a gig the night after we got it, but after a few minutes the display was normal and you could read everything on it.
Maybe I just received a bad one :P
The rest of us in the band (4 more) are thinking about getting a few of these as well, while they're not the cheapest, they're definitely not the most expensive ones.
I recommend this to anyone wanting to start with in-ear.

Brilliant at this price
Really happy with this. On first use I thought the signal was dropping out, but it just cuts if you have the af gain too high. Best to set that at mid and use the volume on the body pack. Great product. It doesn’t have an auto scan function, but you pay a lot more for that and generally don’t use it. This supports loads of frequencies and is solid and well made and great that it has a rack adapter included in the price

Excellent!
I'm delighted with the MEI 100 G2 system. I was suffering badly from too much band noise making it difficult to hear my horn properly, particularly towards the end of a gig. I now use the MEI system in conjunction with a set of moulded ear inserts that were recommended by my doctor. I can play the whole gig in comfort now, in full control, without overblowing. And no ringing in the ears. Awesome.

Üllatavalt hea väiksema rahakotiga tegijatele, polnud varem kõrvamonitoriga kokkupuudet olnud, nüüd muud ei soovi.
Natuke võtab harjumine aega, aga selle raha eest on asja rohkem kui küll.

An affordable good unit
You can go wireless for IEM without paying licenses (free radio band in EU) and for an affordable price yet within satisfactory results and sound quality. Features are as needed and if you only need three or four units, they will run in parallel troubles free.
In our application we have to run 14 moniteur channels (Aux) (three in Stereo) to cover the needs of our stage but only 8 mono cables arrive to the stage via the multicore cabling 24/8 box. We decided to install three LD Systems MEI 100 G2 near the mixing desk (PRESONUS Studio Live 32/4/2 Ai) to covert 3 Stereo Aux (or 6 Aux), connect four physical monitors to 4 of the outputs of the stage box and 4 wired IEM body packs from Fisher. As a result we have 8 IEM (from where three are stereo) for the musicians and 4 active monitors for the vocals. So these machines made the trick for our application at a very good price.

Very good product
I have my LD Systemm for about 4/5 years and it is here to last more, of course if you don't take care of them it will last less, however it has good quality i have some friends that also have and they let the receiver fall and it is still working.
The sound quality is very good, the consume of batteries is also a good thing, you can gig for about 4 hour's with the same batterries, of course the sound quality will get a bit lower but there's no pain in the ass in that.

Very good for its price
very good for its price. Also nice range for home use.
Since i use it for gigging, the battery drain is not an issue, but for home use i recommend rechargeable batteries.
The mat finish gives a nice rubber like feel.

Great Sound - Great Tool - Cheap Price
All 5 of us in my band use these systems as a solution for in ear monitoring during rehersals and gigs in combination with a rack splitter to split our mixes to the 5 units. Decent sound from the earphones provided but upgraded to custom moulds. Good range for the price range aswell can go from the stage of medium venues all the way to front of house or outside ( tried and tested ;) )
Quality wise the overall product is good and sturdy and also comes with a rack mount kit for storing them all.
Definately won't find a better solution for monitoring within the zame budget or cheaper.

Very nice system for a good price
This system works very well, and is particularly useful in the UK because it will tune to both the license-free channel 70 channels and also the new frequencies being issued to users with channel 38 licenses. This makes the system extra flexible.

Best for the price
I bought two for our band. For this price it's the best you can get, I think. Pretty quiet (with minimal hush) with clear sound. What I miss is an option to split channels for two individual mono receivers in one transmitter, can't find it anywhere in the settings.
Highly recommend this IEM, especially if you begin with IEM's.
