Good specs and sound but full of fret buzz

I've ordered 2 units of this exact model and finish. The first one was amazing but had major fret buzzing issues. I contacted Sire about the issue, informed them about my setup specs.
They said that it was in spec of what they agree is a good neck relief and string action and said that it wasn't supposed to be buzzing and recommended that i contact thomann directly

Contacted Thomann about the issue. The solution was to send the guitar back for what I presume to be a refund. In the meantime, I went ahead and ordered another.

Arrived today, but even worse. Buzzing alot with the same setup specs that I use on other guitars. Went and checked with a fret rocker... multiple high frets on this one.

What is a amazing guitar, gets a bad review for poor quality control and fret leveling. I really like the guitar so will keep trying until I get a good example.
For someone who wants the fist example to be a good one, maybe get it pleked first. At least you can be sure that the one you get will be buzz free I assume.
