This guitar feels alive

I am not a pro musician but I have been playing guitars for over 30 years. I am slowly getting back into playing classical guitar after a long break. I play for myself (and family) in my house but not on stage.

This guitar is beautiful. Beautiful to look at and beautiful to play. I never realised before just how dull my other guitars sound in comparison. I have to confess I took a chance when buying this as I hadn't tried it but I have no regrets. This sound is sublime and everything I was hoping for. The matt finish is gorgeous.

I have only pros to write about this guitar and no cons. Obviously if you can try it before buying then you should do so and not take the word of someone who has previously spent no more than up to £400 on classical guitars. This is a step up for me and I'm very happy.

This guitar is simply gorgeous to look at, to hold, to smell, to play and to listen to.
It's staying with me for the rest of my life.

Ich habe nach über 30 Jahren Pause wieder mit dem Gitarrespielen angefangen, zunächst auf einer Romero vom Musikhaus um die Ecke. Ich wollte dann gern ein etwas besseres Instrument haben und nach Recherchen im Netz hatte ich den Eindruck, dass man mit einer Höfner nicht viel falsch machen kann.

Also probierte ich eine Höfner mit Fichtendecke und die Höfner HM65-Z mit Zederndecke. Die Entscheidung fiel schwer. Ob nun die eine oder andere besser klingt, ist wohl Geschmackssache. Mir gefiel das etwas transparentere Klangbild der Höfner HM65-Z einfach besser. Zu der von mir gern gespielten alten Musik (Carulli usw.) passt das nach meinem Geschmack besser. Die HM65-Z ist auch etwas leichter, was ich ebenfalls angenehm finde.

Über die Verarbeitung braucht man nicht zu reden: Sie ist hervorragend.

Ich bin bis jetzt sehr zufrieden mit dem Instrument und habe das Spielen nicht wieder an den Nagel gehängt! Wäre auch schade um das schöne Instrument. Auch wenn man kein begnadeter Spieler ist, macht das Spielen auf einem guten Instrument auch einfach mehr Spaß.

Guitare de très bonne facture. Elle est légère mais dégage un son puissant. N'a rien à envier à des instruments qui pourraient couter plus cher.
