Arrived Broken, No Recourse
Introduction: I was excited to try Harley Benton — affordable instruments with a good reputation. Unfortunately, my first experience has been a nightmare.
Rationale: The guitar arrived with visible impact damage near the volume knob and a grounding issue that causes loud popping/humming when plugged in. I sent Thomann video proof of the damage, but they refused to help without packaging photos my wife had already disposed of (weeks ago, not knowing the guitar would be damaged). I'm now stuck paying $100+ for repairs on a brand new instrument, plus I paid import duties and a $60 customs fee on top of the guitar cost.
Conclusion: Buyer beware — if it arrives damaged, you're on your own. I wanted to be a long-term customer. Now I can't recommend this brand or retailer to anyone.

Perfect shape but tons of noise.
The noise on this guitar is really worrying, even on a budget one. I regret buying this guitar, the shape is really awesome but electronic is the worst.
