New back up strings
_LewisGoose 20.06.2022
I bought these strings in two different sizes as back up strings for my guitars. After testing a set out I can say that the quality is amazing and they’re the closest thing to my usual strings (D’Addario NYXL) that I have come across.

Goodbye Ernie Ball, hello Harley Benton

I'm shocked by it's awfulness
HomelessJazz 08.09.2024
I'm in love with Harley Benton products and after spending money on gear for 10+ years, I think I can easily understand what's valuable and what's cash grab. I have 3 Harley Benton guitars which I absolutely love, HB wireless transmitter and a lot of guitar products but none of them was this bad.
It's getting dark only after 1-2 hours of playing and I saw that it rusts so bad after a couple of days, I've never saw that amount of rust on a string before.
I'm using the cheaper Harley Benton strings on my Fusion III EB OCT and I must say it's much better than this even it's cheaper. Something really wrong with this strings.

Great sound and feel!
Mr Pinball 28.11.2022
These are my secret weapon in the battle against the rising cost of guitar strings! Great quality strings that have a fantastic sound and feel. Fingers glide across the strings with minimal friction or dragging and bends have just the right level of resistance. They're also very durable, I'm heavy handed and I'm yet to break a string (I'm not obsessive about changing my strings so they they get their use). The only criticism I have of these strings is that they discolour quite quickly going from silver to bronze in a week or so with a moderate amount of playing. This isn't a deal breaker for me as it doesn't affect their sound/tone especially when the price is taken into consideration. Quality product at an outstanding price!

Worse than the cheap ones
Strat Panag 30.05.2025
I’ve been using the cheap 10–52s from Harley Benton for about 3 years now, and honestly, they’re really solid for the price.

I decided to try the “high quality” ones thinking they’d be an upgrade, but… not really. For the first couple of days they were great — the sound felt brighter and overall better. Then on day three the B string snapped. Three days in!

I replaced it with one from the cheap set, but about two weeks later the D string broke too. Gave them another shot with a full new set, and again, strings started breaking in less than two weeks.

Not sure if I just got a bad batch or if that’s normal with these so-called “high quality” strings, but I don’t think I’ll be buying them again. For now, I’ll stick with the cheap Harley Bentons until I change my mind.
