I'm a huge fan of Gotoh products and these tuners are no exception. The build quality is absolutely superb. They feel nice with just the right amount of resistance and they are very stable.

I actually didn't realize they were "aged" when I ordered them (my mistake of course) but I got them for an old, worn guitar so I guess they are nice match, although I'm not really a huge fan of relic'ed guitars and parts in general.

Highly recommended!

...and they are of course available in a regular non-aged version as well.

Ich hatte recht lange nach Ersatz-Tunern für meine 1954er Framus Jazz Gitarre gesucht. Die originalen waren schlicht nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Da ich ein Aufweiten der Löcher in der Kopfplatte unbedingt vermeiden wollte, brauchte ich Mechaniken mit relativ schlanker, gleichmäßiger Achse. Zudem wollte ich nach Möglichkeit keine all zu neue Optik. Die Gotoh Tuner erfüllten alle Voraussetzungen. Sie passen in die vorhandenen Bohrungen, die originalen Hülsen konnte ich an der Gitarre lassen. Die Löcher für die Befestigungsschrauben passten zu den vorhandenen, ich musste lediglich zwei weitere pro Seite bohren. Die Optik passt perfekt zur Gitarre. DIe Tuner machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck und laufen samtweich und spielfrei! Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung!
