I own a better epiphone

This was an "End Game" guitar for me. Tomann made it really difficult to purchase.

I got what I paid for, the pickup choice and body construction resulted in a great metal tone. It looks the piece, ebony on gold wonderful. Out of the box... its a Gibson. It needed work.

Ultimately this is a great guitar let down by poor setup and an unreliable reseller. Sad really.

Tolles Traumteil aber….

Lange von einer solch tollen Flying V geträumt und im Angesicht der geradezu explodierenden Preise - vor allem bei Gibson Custom Shop Instrumenten! Apro pos Custom Shop, das sind heutzutage Massenprodukte zu horrenden Preisen. Die Gitarre ist Tip Top verarbeitet, gut ausbalanciert, geiler Sound mit viel Seele (Vol Poti spricht schön an), sehr schönes edles Instrument. Allerdings befinden sich auf der Goldhardware fette Finger- und Daumenabdrücke. Der dazugehörige Formkoffer passt nicht! Das Innenleben ist falsch eingeklebt, die Gitarre muss mit massivem Druck reingepresst werden!?!?!?? Ist die Flying V dann erst mal „eingewurstet“ steht das Instrument unter starker Dauerspannung!! So etwas kommt durch die Qualitätskontrolle im Custom Shop?!? Thomann hat das Problem gleich an den Gibson Customer Service gemeldet und mir Rückmeldung gegeben. Nachdem dann eine Weile nix passiert ist hat mir Thomann freundlicher Weise einen passenden Epiphone Koffer gratis als Überbrückung geschickt. Toller Service - Danke Thomann!! Customer Service Gibson - Nein Danke! Nichts mehr gehört und der defekte Koffer steht hier weiter im Weg!

Très très belle guitare, étuis magnifique avec intérieur purple. La lutherie est soignée. Avec les micros seymour ducan amos c'est un pur bonheur. Un best have manche légèrement plus large que la flying v 70' et un brin plus légère aussi. Très agréable à jouer et ce manche en ébène... Please to met you hope you get my name ...

La chitarra perfetta

Strumento dal suono molto bello, morbido e al tempo stesso grintoso. Le finiture sono realizzate a regola d'arte. Il manico della chitarra è comodo da suonare e consente di regolare l'altezza delle corde molto bassa, mantenendo comunque un suono pulito. La chitarra è comodissima anche da indossare sia in piedi che da seduti.
