Too small for a 1/2 violin

Quality is poor which is expected at this price but the real disappointment is how tiny it is. It can’t be placed above the tail piece because of its size, and is unstable on the side.

The curve fits nicely with my student, he has a rather slim chin. It can’t mount in the center as it doesn’t have enough clearance for the tailpiece, even for 1/8 or 1/10 size violin.
