Fender Bass Strings

Fender Short scale 5250SL strings were measured by my Tech as +/-.080 (should have been .095). Strings were already fitted to my bass and had to be discarded as could not be returned to Thomann.
Lesson here - Fender make good guitars but their strings are woefully poor. I reverted to a set of DR Bass Strings - cost a lot more but their sizing was accurate!!
