If you're going through the hassle of making room in a guitar for the kill switch (which in my case included the drilling of the guitar wood) and do all the prep work, you spend 30€ on the thing, install everything and THEN find out that it's not responsive in any musical way? It's a big NO.
Kill switch must be fast, precise and responsive. This one is none. Expected a quality product from EMG.
(Ofc this has nothing to do with Thomann, they were great as always.)
Hope this saves someone some money and hassle.

Easy to install, great little killswitch
Postchord 08.02.2025
Installation was really easy using the EMG solderless kit (I previously installed the H4 and H4A in my Kelly) - installation took mere minutes. I personally swapped out the tone knob for this so needed to file out the old hole a little to make this fit. Feels rugged enough but not bulky or in the way.
Unfortunately there was an error. Please try again later.

Kann ich leider nicht empfehlen
Tester0815 22.06.2023
Hm... da könnte man ja was reinmachen. Killswitch?
Schade. Aber toller Service von Thomann, wie immer!
