Mal ab und zu 'ne neue ( edle) Snare....

Wußte was ich kaufe, da ich schon 3 DW - Collector's Maple Snares im Laufe der letzten 20 Jahre im Einsatz hatte und nebenher glaube ich auch insgesamt 4 unterschiedlichste Collector's Maple Shellsets. Bin jetzt 64 Jahre alt und davon ca. 35
ernsthafter Schlagwerker in den verschiedensten Bandkontexten gewesen , meist Rock / Pop . Der Kessel ist aus bestem North American Maple ohne Fehler verleimt , innen lackiert , außen satiniert. Die Gratungen, incl. Snarebeds auf der Unterseite, top gearbeitet. Ebenso die Hardware wie Spannreifen, Böckchen, Stimmschrauben ( letztere laufen absolut geschmeidig in den Gewindehülsen ) , nichts scheppert oder klappert. Die Verchromung aller Metallteile ist gehobener Standard...da waren nur die Yamaha 9000er besser, d.h. als sie noch aus Japan kamen...Sound : Großer Stimmumfang... ...vom funkigen Hightuning, über mittlere Stimmungen ( welche ich bevorzuge ) , bis zu tiefen Stimmungen ( z.B. Eagles ... Don Henley ) , dabei immer präsent, mit gut rauszuhörendem Kesselton und sehr gut einstellbarem Snareteppich u. super Sidesticksound. Der Kauf dieser Snare lohnt sich für Leute mit Ohren auf jeden Fall , das Geld dafür ist gut angelegt. Halt wie bei Original US - Tele o. Strat u.s.w.
