I highly recommend this equipment to DJs who need a lightweight system without sacrificing fantastic sound quality — the 10-inch subwoofer exceeded expectations.
However, the delivery process left a lot to be desired. I purchased a pair, and the shipment was split into two: the first unit took 3 weeks to be delivered, and I had to wait another 2 weeks for the second one to arrive. DHL's service is simply horrible, and their customer support proved to be completely useless. I had previously stopped buying from Thomann precisely because of the terrible delivery service, and unfortunately, after 6 years without purchasing from your platform, I see that the logistical service remains deplorable.
