Tout simplement la meilleure guitare que je possède. La qualité de fabrication est excellente, les finitions très propres, les matériaux nobles (potentiomètres en ébène, abalone et binding, et la tête de cette guitare…!). La couleur est magnifique, à la fois sobre, élégante et spectaculaire. La guitare est livrée dans un superbe étui avec des strap locks en prime.
Je l’ai acheté pour sa polivalente annoncée et je ne suis pas déçu. Tout d’abord le manche est d’un confort absolu. Fin, rapide et très ergonomique. Je l’utilise sur un Supro à lampes ou un Marshall en contexte blues/funk/rock. En mode double bobinage le micro manche est bien gras sans être boueux, très articulé et défini. Le micro chevalet est bien puissant et incisif. On est presque sur une excellente Les Paul. En mieux ! Et quand on passe aux simples bobinages on a tout le claquant qu’on recherche sur une strat ou une télé. C’est bluffant. Je l’ai utilisée en direct sur un AER en jazz manouche et elle sonne monstrueusement bien, presque comme une demi-caisse. Bref je n’ai jamais eu d’instrument aussi beau et polyvalent. Je vais jeter ma SG, ma Gretsch et ma Strat (non).
