Diese Saiten sind für mich die Entdeckung des Jahres 2023. Zuerst hatte ich sie als 10-er auf der Westerngitarre und fand die Intonation, Haptik und Haltbarkeit überrschend gut. Als ich jetzt meine Mandoline neu bespannen wollte, habe ich mich gefreut, dass es diese Saiten jetzt auch für Mandoline gibt. Die Saiten sind etwas teurer, aber eine Kaufempfehlung wert. Siehe oben.

Dies sind unter den besten Saiten für meine Mandoline (A-style mit F-Löchern) die ich ausprobiert habe. Der jetzige Satz ist schon seit über drei Monaten aufgezogen, und klingen immer noch gut. Der Klang gefällt mir, ob ich nun Folk oder Klassik spiele. Der Preis ist auch in Ordnung. Ich ziehe zwar das Spielgefühl mit glatt polierten Saiten vor, aber das kostet dann doch deutlich mehr.
