Got this for rehearsing with my band based on features but also looks. Now that I’ve heard it in a band setting, I’ll be using it at our next gig.

It might only be 15 Watts but it can easily keep up with our drummer and will be mic’ed up anyway. ( it’s a small venue ).

Being a small, 1X8 cab, it’s very directional but that’s ok. My only complaint is that the reverb sounds modulated. It has a flutter to the effect and as notes fade away they almost sound pitch shifted.

look retro et très bon son

je trouve cet ampli stylé année 50 trop beau ,le son clair est très satisfaisant,la reverbe sonne surf music quand on la met a 8 ou 9, il a un très bon son en son clair, la distorsion est correcte mais plus pour du crunchy, c'est tout a fait ça avec une stratocaster ou une telecaster, pour le prix ça vaut le coup de l'avoir dans son salon.

Impeccable pour débutant !

J'ai pris cet ampli pour mon fils qui s'est mis à la guitare électrique (après une classique nylon pour débuter).

Déjà il est bien fichu pour apprendre les rudiments d'un ampli canal clair + canal drive. 3 égalisations pour commencer à comprendre "comment ça marche". La réverb incluse le rend autonome en terme de son, dans sa catégorie il est complet ! (ce n'est pas le cas de tous).

Pas d'électronique, ou de mauvais effet "cheap", c'est simple pour un enfant et n'importe quel néophyte de se familiariser avec un ampli "standard", qui a ce qu'il faut dans les règles de l'art.

Et le son ?
Pour le prix, c'est carrément bluffant, et le fait qu'il soit complet (saturation + reverb) le rend directement efficace pour sortir quelque chose. Avec un petit côté vintage dans la sonorité qui le rend même assez agréable !

Alors OK, c'est pas une super gratte dans un Marshall, Fender ou Vox, si c'est ce que vous espérez, va falloir investir bien plus, mais pour tout guitariste occasionnel, c'est franchement très bien pour le prix !

(J'ai pas mal d'ampli et guitares, suffisamment pour donner un avis comparatif, c'est mon fils qui débute....)

J'ai été très agréablement surpris par cet article.
Un bon petit ampli pas cher pour travailler à la maison ou un bœuf avec des potes ? foncez, il a tout ce qu'il faut !

I have 5 CORT guitars - all perfect out of the box - and this amp does not disappoint. For its size and rating (15 W solid state), this is my best amp and I have about 30 of all types. The clean channel is crystal pure. Reverb is perfect. Honestly this is my fave amp for home stuff. Cherry on the cake: it just looks good if that matters.
