Boss compact effect pedals have a thick rubber mat on the base plate that adheres well to the floor, but is not suitable for attaching self-adhesive hook and loop fastener tape for pedalboards
In addition, the plate type with the serial number are attached to the underside of the pedal and are usually damaged by the adhesive tape
For this reason, this base plate is available without a rubber plate and plate type - simply replace it with the original base plate and attach the hook and loop fastener tape to it instead

Exactly as you expect

I ordered a few of them for my various boss pedals (tuner, octaver, equalizer). All of them fit perfectly. The plate's surface is flat and ideal for applying a velcro or a Temple Audio sticky pad (which was my case). This plate is a savior when it comes to putting Boss pedals on a board.

A must have extra for any Boss pedals that you want to velcro onto a pedalboard. The rubber base on modern Boss pedals probably gives excellent grip if putting directly on the floor but velcro tabs won't stick so this base plate is the ideal solution. Solid and affordable.

Now I no longer have rip off the rubber bottom or try and flip the base plate around on my boss pedals. Very handy!
