Na de bestelling uitstekende service, prima op de hoogte gesteld van de voortgang Vannieuwkerke bestelling. In uitstekende staat ontvangen goed verpakt, een kleine opmerking bij de Saxofoon zat ook een mondstuk en dat was los verpakt in een nogal grote doos. Misschien dat zoiets aan de doos van de saxofoon kan worden geplakt zodat het bij elkaar zit.
Uitstekend tevreden over de BetterSax Session, uitstekende afwerking, perfect geluid en in een goede koffer geleverd je krijgt waar voor je geld en het is een genot om op te spelen.
