Superb Telecaster Pickups

These Telecaster pickups simply hit all the high points. Nice output for higher gain that remains articulate. The cleans on the middle and neck pickups are very nice, and the bluesy edge of breakup sounds are great as well. That basically covers everything. Packaging was nice, and installation was breeze. Have to give Thomann a compliment because the item arrived in the US in 3 days. Easy, no fuss transaction. Thank you.

Clean and Powerful

Have no real idea what I’m doing as this was my first venture into upgrading a guitar. Added them to a mid range Harley Benton which sounded OK but not a patch on my tutors 4K Fender tele. With these BK pickups in place wired to the ObsidianWire universals tele electronics it now seems pretty great. The guitar is very heavy and it now really has sustain with the new pickups. I settled on the Humbucker Single setting on the Obsidian as it seemed a little cleaner than the SS ( I think the HS introduces a 500K pot on the bridge which is pretty hot in these pickups). Like I say I don’t know what I’m doing but I loved the result and it was markedly better than the standard Roswells in the guitar to start with

Unglaublich aber wahr: die billigen Bareknuckles sind RICHTIG GUT

Nach originalen Fender American Vintage 58s, ließ ich mir ein teures Custom Rail Set eines renommierten deutschen Pickup Wicklers einbauen. Die waren einfach überhaupt nicht das was ich erwartet hatte. Müde vom wieder ein-und ausbauen dachte ich, ich nehm wieder wie in den 90s ein Set DiMarzios. Der Fast Track T ist ein moderater Railhumbucker aber eben doch nicht Tele.
Nach dem ganzen Hype um BK hab ich mich dann für dieses Set eingeschossen (nachdem das Piledriver Set nicht lieferbar war): lauter als die Fenders aber vor allem, von allem ETWAS mehr! Die Dinger sind einfach der Wahnsinn. Egal ob clean oder mit HiGain! Echte SingleCoils aber dennoch auch mit heftiger Zerre total leise.
Ich liebe sie.
