Build quality is excellent
Fitted epiphone neck through thunderbird with no problems.
Didn't use the shim , but if you need to
the washers aren't included.
I used old strings to start with to compare tone with old bridge.
All adjustments are far better than old bridge. Tone quality was much better even with old strings.
Very happy with this bridge and would recommend to anyone.

A good bridge, but extremely expensive for what it is. Cheap materials. It's about double the amount of metal than the original 3 Point Epiphone / Gibson bridge, but it weighs about half. Something about that math is wrong.
It's sold as this magical solution, but in my case, I noticed much less sustain coming out of the bass. The system to adjust string height and intonation is overengineered and kind of silly.
It's easier to learn to adjust the 3 Point, and it's much better sounding. There's a reason why it hasn't been updated officially to some gimmick like this.
