Great tubes for the price but problem with matching.

Ordered them last year and they were sitting on the shelf for a while. I ordered a matched pair and the test values on the labels are identical, but different in real life. 485 volts on a plate, one was drawing 28mA and the other 36mA. After adjusting the bias hotter, 33mA and 41mA(16W and 19,9W). Double checked the voltages and switched places to be sure there is no problem with the amp.

Vraiment une superbe Pentode..... (en écoute depuis déjà une bonne cinquantaine d'heures) je suis étonnamment surpris ....de par sa capacité à maitriser le registre grave, et tous ca avec des aigus clairs et aérés.

Ces lampes sonnent vraiment tres bien, en revanche je n'ai pas eu de chance sur ce premier duet defectueux ... redplate au premier allumage ... surement un defaut de fabrication.. cependant le SAV Thomann toujours au top m'ont proposé un remboursement pour que je puisse en recommander

Si la qualité de son est parfaite, j'attire toutefois l'attention suivante pour l'installation:
ces tubes sont légèrement plus long que les Fender d'origine, ou les Sovtek de remplacement.
La grille métallique de protection des tubes empêche alors le positionnement correct du panneau arrière, car elle touche les têtes des tubes, et les trous des vis de fixation du panneau ne correspondent plus.
2 solutions:
- forer 2 nouveaux trous dans le panneau arrière pour déporter la grille de +/- 5mm (ce que j'ai fait).
- Modifier le pliage de la tôle de la grille pour auglenter la distance tubes/grille
