Great small boom arm - perfect for stacks, splashes, bells...
As expected from gibraltar: solid product, well built, with tons of features
Use: small/medium stacks and splashes, bells, accessories
Pros: retractable boom arm for portability, small footprint - perfect for larger setups, durable. I have an old version of this boom which is over 15 years old.
Cons: none I can think of

Perfect for when you need a small boom arm.
Not much to say about this product. It is incredibly durable and well made, and is as simple as it needs to be.
Gibraltar have always been consistent with making excellent drum hardware, and this is no exception. The only fault that could be remarked upon is that sometimes the inner tube can get stuck when taking it out and putting it back into the outer tube, but all it takes is for you to straighten it. No big deal.
Perfect for use as a rack boom arm or you can attach it to other stands using another bit of hardware. 5 Stars.

very good boom arm
I use this boom arm to mount a 8" splash and it does its job very well. I mount it in combination with a clamp so i can carry it in my backpack. Highly recommended

I got this to replace a stand that broke on my e-drums set. Works fine for what I need. build quality is good.

Gibraltar SC4425MB
For this price the Gibraltar SC4425MB is great.
But I would buy (and have bought) the next time the SC-SBBT or the SC-LBBT (from Gibraltar, too) (this depends on the length you would like to have, because they have so many good features and cost only 10? more.
But if you can´t or don´t want to pay these 10 ?, this Product is very good, too.
It has not as many features as the others but the stability is very good, the handling is very good and the quality is as every Gibraltar product, too, very good.
So All in all the Gibraltar SC4425MB is great, but if you can afford the SC-SBB, I´d advise to buy that one

Great for bigger cowbells and other percussion
This boom arm alone easily stacks a cowbell and a block, a really great buy. Didn't expect it to be so good. It's really stable and durable, that cowbell and block are no small ones. When mounting to a bass drum, it perfectly fits the rack-tom hole.

Boom arm to mount on drumkit
Good boom arm, used to mount to Gretsch Catalina drum kit. Shaft fits prefectly into drum and seems quite stable. Also, the boom folds into the main shaft so you can hide the boom if you don't need it.
No issues at all with this mount. Love it.

SC4425 Boom
This is a great little cymbal arm with a boom attachment. This has the ratchet gear tilter rather than the brake tilter, but has enough adjustment for all angles. Really sturdy and a great purchase

as expected from gibraltar. rock steady and reliable hardware. i use these boom arms week in and week out without any issues.
they stay in place and there is no slippage.
