It does what is designed for
I connected two 100mA (TC) pedals into one Voodoo Lab 400mA output.
Works with no problems and no hissing.
Update:
The rubber insulation on the joint of wire and the jack broke. You can see the wires inside. There was no pulling of any kind or strong sudden moves.
Lowered the total from 5 to 2 stars.
