Play fast, play hard, play like a speed king!
No matter how hard n fast I pick with these things they just don't want to pop out of my fingers - I can see why they're used by the kids from Metallica.
They're grippy, but not uncomfortable. The pointy bit is very pointy (which means you'll get a more aggressive sound btw), but wow, I think I'm now picking faster that ever!

Great picks
I was on a pick hunting journey lately and this brought me to the Dunlop Flow. After my whole lifetime of playing Jazz III it was a welcoming change and it actually enhanced my guitar playing.
The shape and the size enables you to hit the strings harder which leads to a clearer, punchier and more articulate tone. It's subtle but it's noticeable. It's definitely a pick worth checking out! At the end I've settled for the 2.00 version but this is a personal choice.

Nice grip
Nice grip on those picks, a little too pricey but still reasonable

Great Picks
When it comes to picks I only use them when they have grip.

Great picks.
Amazing picks. Great grip and feel. I do prefer slightly thicker ones though (1.5mm to 2mm)
