Impressive strings

These strings sound great, but their strength is in there feel under your fingers.
Have these on all my guitars now, replacing my previous favourites, Elixers

My favorite strings

I've been using Thomastik Power Brights for about 5 years now and they completely convinced me to switch from the Boomers I used before.

Sound is bright and open and the string durability is quite good (usually replace them every year or so, but I don't play that much either). They give very clean arpeggios for the clean guitars and a nice sustain for the distortion.

Plus, I like the copper color of the top strings.

I really wish Thomann had the heavy bottom pack, as I usually like 48-52 gauge for my bottom string as it has a more stable tuning for drop D or lower tunings.
