My first Guqin, so not an experienced review. Quality seems excellent. Quite quiet, lovely tone, would be a shame to put a pickup on it though, it is not meant for an auditorium, but for a peaceful tea ceremony. I found it very intuitive to play. I can tune a harp so that was no problem. Having watched videos, none of the potential faults of a GuQin are there.
An enchanting instrument. Very happy.

Un buen instrumento para principiantes

Es el primer guqin que tengo y estoy mu contento con él. El sonido es claro y suena tal cual lo he escuchado en cientos de grabaciones. Así que de momento no tengo ninguna queja, excepto que no es un instrumento fácil de aprender. Pero aun así me encanta y estoy entusiasmado con su sonoridad.

Excellente fabrication. Instrument précis et trés intéressant. Difficile à maîtriser, certes, mais en "s'accrochant" on obtient des résultats intéressants. Mise au point personnelle d'une "Tablature" (façon guitare) et utilisation de "modèles" (musiciens chinois à voir sur le site "ZI de Guqin" qui propose des dizaines d'exemples à partir desquels on peut "construire" une progression (à condition d'avoir .... une bonne oreille). Il faut s'immerger tous azimuts dans cette nouvelle philosophie pour en comprendre l'esprit. Un détail important : l'instrument "brut" est trés "discret" et nécessite l'utilisation d'un mini-micro (AKG par exemple) auquel on pourra associer la "chaîne" classique : carte-son (Focusrite par exemple) associée au logiciel ABLETON Live. En conclusion : un réel plaisir !
