Please note this pedal will not make you shred like Paul Gilbert. What it will do however, is give you a cracking overdriven sound to use as your go to distortion or as a foundation upon which to build your final sound. I used it in place of a Boss/JHS Angry Driver and it more than held it’s own. Bags of drive and headroom with masses of attack. Take the treble out and turn the bass up for some deep fuzzy tones. Dial in the opposite and it cuts through like a scalpel. Flick the 11 switch on and it will go ‘one louder’ just like you want it too. Awesome. It truly comes into its own when you start layering. Add fuzz from a Keeley Darkside for endless sustain. Give it some Fender marine layer reverb with a Mirror image delay and the sound floats like a butterfly in space filled with the endless possibilities of a fuzzed up sunny summer day.
TC build quality is solid and sturdy as with all of their products. No battery makes for a bit more room on the pedal board and slots in we’ll to mine. Well worth the affordable price.

Great pedal...!!! The end top over a tube amp is just amazing!!! The plus 11 boost really works!!!
Recomend this pedal for all kinds of lead work... blues!!! It's warm and round sound is overwelming!!!

gut, aber nicht besser als das normale MojoMojo

Als Besitzer der normalen Version, konnte ich einfach nicht an mich halten und musste mir diese eigens auf Paul Gilbert (welcher dieses Pedal ja ohnehin benutzt, wie kein anderer) ordern.

Bedienung:
Hat alles an Board, was das normale Pedal ebenfalls hat. Bass und Treble Potis haben eine Mittenrastung und einen guten Regelweg.

Features:
Wie schon gesagt hat dieses Pedal eine Bass- und Trebleregelung, was sicherlich sehr hilfreich ist um den gewünschten Sound zu formen. darüber hinaus hat das Pedal 2 Modes: Einmal den normalen und dann den "11" Mode, der auf Paul's Anforderungen angepasst ist und deutlich mehr Gain besitzt.

Sound:
Gefällt mir im Gegensatz zur normalen Version nicht wirklich. Selbst mit side by side mit dem normalen im normalen Mode klingen beide Pedal grundverschieden. Das normale klingt um Welten dynamischer und offen, wohin gegen die PG-Version sehr fokussiert und undynamisch Klingt (was eigentlich absolut nicht dem Sound von Paul Gilbert entspricht). und der "11" Mode gefällt mir absolut nicht. Dieser klingt ein wenig als ob man die Box of Rock mit dem Anspracheverhalten eines RAT 2 kombiniert hätte. Obwohl TC Electronics ja angeblich vieles modifiziert und verbessert haben will, kann ich rein vom Sound her eher eine Verschlechterung wahrnehmen.

Verarbeitung:
Wie ein Panzer, nichts zu meckern!

Kurz um: für den Preis soundtechnisch eher eine Enttäuschung. greift lieber zum normalen Pedal und investiert das gesparte Geld in Saiten.

Je l'attendais, je l'ai...Une pédale d'overdrive relève toujours d'une affaire de goût. Testée dés réception, stackée avec une tubescreamer, sur un ampli tube = crunch rock.
Activation du 11 = Boost immédiat et équilibré.
Les potards sont très progressif et qualitatifs.
Me reste à exploiter pleinement les réglages.
