Something in between

I owned old LP and Meinl Cha cha bells and I think it is in between of them.
If LP is dry, bright and Meinl is wet, dark in the sound, Sonor is just in the middle.
It is balanced and I do not need to stick any damper on it, the overtone is just fit and the volume is not so high. Material on it is sturdy, with brushed linier finish. An all-rounded and reliable instrument.

Great cowbell, would recommend

The sound is good and loud and the tightening mechanism is really well-made. It stays in position on the cowbell holder. The finish seems of high quality and the color is nice in my opinion. I use it while on the cowbell holder as well as on a snare drum, as the size is perfect - not too big and not too small!

Super Cowbell, auch für Metal!

Ich spiele Drums hauptsächlich im Metalbereich. Im wesentlichen besteht mein Set aus einem Sonor Force 3005 und Meinl Becken der Serien Soundcaster Custom und MB10. Da ich in einer Progressiv Metalband tätig bin, sind hier und da alternative Komponente gefragt. Also war ich gezielt auf der Suche nach einer Cowbell, die mit meinen Becken harmoniert.
Wie ich feststellte, ist die Sonor CCB55 Cha Cha Cowbell 5,5" die Einzige, die meinen Vorstellungen im Klangbild und Verhalten gerecht wird. (Ich hatte ca. 70 Cowbells näher unter die Lupe genommen!!).
Sie fügt sich 1A ein, ist weder zu laut noch zu leise, einfach angenehm. Auch wenn man mal mehr darauf spielt wird sie nicht nervig. Natürlich sollte man sich bei sowas überlegen, wann und warum man es zum Einsatz bringt, das ist klar ;-)

Aber an dieser Stelle gibt es von mir auf jeden fall die absolute Empfehlung und volle Punktzahl!

Son assez grave et mat

Satisfait par cette cloche Sonor, pas trop chère, semble plutôt robuste (à confirmer à l'usage), l'attache également. J'apprécie particulièrement que le son ne soit pas trop aigu comme beaucoup de cowbell, ça n'arrache pas les tympans quand on cogne un peu dessus.

A savoir, la fixation pour accrocher sur la batterie ou ailleurs n'est pas fournie.
