Product is light but well made. Feels like it should last for many years to come. I love the closable front panel to keep the fixed cable ends safe and tidy, as opposed to the normal cable reel style where the cable ends wrap around a few "hooks" on the outside.
The cable grommet/valve on the inside is a little on the small/tight side, but will hold a single cable of average size very well.
For those (like me) that plan on using a larger loom of cables on this, they provide a large opening on the cable drum itself that leads into the same lockable side panel. Large enough to fit anything you want to throw at it really.
