Bought this to get a second crash sound from my TD-1KV kit. This is exactly the same as the cymbals included in the kit, meaning excellent. The only exception is that the cymbal arm is slightly longer, which is actually great because it allows you to adjust it to a greater range of heights.

At first I thought I'd buy one of the cheaper cymbals, but given their poor hit detection and lack of multiple hit zones, higher noise and not being able to choke the cymbal, I'm glad I spent a bit more on this one.
