Great choice

If you're flying with gear this is what you need. It's fairly lightweight, easy to handle and can fit more than you think. Usually I fly with 2 fractal fm3s, a small bass-pedalrig and wireless senders in the case. Everything fits good (as long as they don't weigh the case in the airport...). I recommend it.

Feine Lösung - Peli 1535 + Kemper Powerrack

Ich spiele mit meiner Band viel im Ausland, soll heißen, wir fliegen viel. Und da ich mir jüngst einen Kemper Powerrack zugelegt habe, suchte ich nach einer Möglichkeit, diesen - im Rahmen der hiesigen Handgepäcksbestimmungen - bequem im Flugzeug zu transportieren. Und wasserdicht und stoßfest sollte es obendrein auch sein.

Also habe ich mir den Peli 1535 zugelegt, der wiegt 3,5 kg ohne Schaumstoff. Von den Kilozahlen her kommt am Ende so auf ca. 9 - 9,5 ingesamt. Hab das jetzt schon mit vielen Airlines durch, das passt, ich hatte nie Probleme.

Zum Peli:

Der Würfelschaumstoff ist leicht teilbar, und so kann man sein Zeug bequem transportieren.

Wen es interessiert: Ich habe ein kleines Shallow-Rack mit Line6 Relay G90 und einem Furman Power Conditioner, die fliegen dann im Frachtraum mit, eingebettet in ein SKB Case. Am Ziel angekommen, brauch ich nur noch den Kemper reinschrauben und - zack - fertig. Peli sei dank.
