Good guitar but I have cheaper and much better guitars..!!

First of all i play for 35 years mainly rock/blues/old metal. In all this years i have had noumerours guitars (cheap and expensive ones).
This is a beautiful and ergonomic shaped guitar .
There are no major flaws in the constraction of the guitar but:
a)Guitar came with NO setup at all.. Strings where touching the pickups because tremolo was not siting right on the studs..
b)Rusted strings and very dirty fretboard..
This for me is unacceptable for a 700 euros guitar..
c)edge zero 2 tremolo is made of cheap metal with very very stiff microtuners ...you have to put real force to tune it from there which detunes the floating tremolo.
d)Bridge pickup is OK ish but the neck is really bassy and muddy .
I kept the guitar only for the looks and shape. I will upgrade tremolo and pickups wich will make this guitar more expensive than a japanese rg550.

Great mid range guitar with some small cosmetic issues

The only issue is the white line around the body of the guitar is not perfectly aligned and has a one or two imperfections. In terms of everything else there isn’t much to complain about, it’s a solid guitar with a clean sound and good out of the box set up.

Me gustan las guitarras Ibanez, el tamaño, la solidez, el acabado y sobre todo el sonido.
No decepciona en nada.
El puente flotante va muy bien no se desafina tras usarlo intensivamente.
El acabado en madera es muy bonito, sencillo pero le da seriedad.
La entrada del Jack queda perfecta.

La tocó para blues y rock pop tranquilo.Muy bien pero con power chords y distorsión suena como toda Ibáñez cañera.
Me ha gustado la compra.

Für den Preis sehr hochwertiges Instrument, wie alle S-Modelle von Ibanez hervorragend bespielbar mit typischem "flat and wide" Wizard-Halsprofil. Schöne Natur-Optik, ein Hingucker, Bünde an den Seiten schön glatt, Gewicht ca. 3,2 kg. Kam von Thoman top eingestellt, da musste nichts mehr justiert werden. Ging trotzdem zurück, weil sich die beim Auflegen des Handballens auf der Bridge sich die Tonhöhe ungewollt verändert. Liegt an der Bauweise des Messerkanten-Tremolos (Floyd-Rose Style).
