Solid congas

I've owned these congas for over 9 years and they're still sounding (and looking) as good as they did the day I received them.

They produce a nice range of clean sounds and you can get a reasonable amount of volume out of them, I've accompanied several DJs on 0.5k PAs without amplification on the congas and have never been (totally) drowned out.

The stands are a bit of a pain to set up and tear down, but I can't think of a better way to support the congas without adding a big old wedge to the price. On the plus side, the stands don't leave any marks at all on the drums.

All in all, a nice piece of kit.

After a long period of looking for a nice set of congas, i was mainly triggered by the look and feel of this ones, but the sound is astonishing. The open tones just set you on a dancing mood right away. The ring of the heads is also very soft, so.... bye bye to painful hands. I am really happy with these ones.

Headliner machen viel Spaß

Schon beim Auspacken war ich von der Verarbeitung sehr überrascht. Die höhenverstellbaren Ständer überzeugen durch optimale Passform und dank den Gummis an den Halterungen und an den Standfüßen wackelt selbst bei extremer Spielweise absolut nichts.
Auch ohne Ständer sind, dank Gummirand, die in wunderschöner Optik gehaltenen Congas sehr gut und leicht zu spielen.
Ein relativ großer Tonumfang und vor allem der ausgewogene Klang zeichnen dieses "Team" aus.

Natürlich klingen teurere Produkte etwas besser. Wenn man nicht gerade sein Geld als Musiker mit Congas spielen verdient, sind diese Instrumente absolut ausreichend.

Fazit: guter Klang, gute Verarbeitung, Super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Für den Einsteiger, den gelegentlichen Conga Spieler oder den, der noch keine Trommeln o.ä. besitzt eine absolute Kaufempfehlung.

CONGA SET MEINL HC512 11"+12"

Il nome MEINL già dice tutto. Questo set conga bello esteticamente, la struttura si presenta abbastanza robusta e dal suono ottimo (quando accordate).
Riguardo la spedizione tutto ok, in 4/5 giorni lavorativi è arrivato il set in pacchi separati.
Peccato che in 1conga ho trovato un piccolo graffio ma niente di troppo vistoso.
Consiglio comunque di acquistare da THOMANN per serietà,qualità e professionalità.
