Excellent quality

Just took possession of a Custom III left handed VBK. I am in Canada. It took only a week to arrive. DHL handles the German side of the order, and its handed over to Canada Post once it clears customs in Canada. Taxes, duty and Canada Post handling fee came to $120 cdn.

The guitar was well packaged, double boxed, contained an inspection card, and was wrapped in plastic and protected by foam in the box.

After tuning, the guitar was set up beautifully. Low action. I love the neck profile. The split coil humbuckers, tone and volume dials enable a wide variety of tones. The pickups (Tesla) are very responsive and you can easily control overdrive with the volume dial. The tone and volume dials are very easy to set, and not an on/off proposition like some guitars. The split coil humbuckers enable a whole nother level of tones. Lovely guitar and I love the way it plays.

Awesome guitar

I've owned many guitars over 40 years Fenders and other makes. But this is by far the best made guitar I have ever owned. The quality is superb. Frets are perfect no fret buzz and the action is set perfectly. The Tesla pickups are amazing. The finish on the guitar is faultless. I highly recommend this guitar. Service was excellent and delivery and package was first rate. Thank you Thomann.

Tengo aproximadamente un mes con la guitarra y vino perfecta, sin detalles estéticos y el sonido y sensación es increíble, aún más tomando en cuenta el precio. Solo necesitó un par de ajustes en la altura de las cuerdas y afinación.

this is my 6th HB guitar purchase, this time is a bit of disappointment that it came with a damaged/chipped binding on the top side of the frets where the 5th frets onwards are.

Doesn't affect playability for me to sent it back but this could have been a B-stock unit and I won't complaint.

other than that, really like the gig bag bundle.
