I bought it only because of the 16.9 mm diameter.
It's still better to use elastic with it, especially if your strap leather isn't thick.
I prefer the ones on the Ibanez RGT1221; they're mushroom-shaped, but the diameter is 1 mm smaller. Where to buy them is also a difficult question.
The wider the strap, the less likely the guitar will slip.
The metal is very high quality; I think it's brass.
Weight: 6 grams.
The PRS SE Holcomb screws are longer and thicker, while the Gotoh screws are shorter and thinner. I decided to increase the hole size in the Gotoh and use the original screws.
The low rating is because the straps are flat, not mushroom-shaped.
Because there are no spacers included.
And because they are designed for thick straps.
