Needs time to soften and play well

On a 105 tip Rubber MP, this reed seemed resistant when new. Not a ble to adjaust with reed geek, so, I persevered, and it play softened with a rich, full tone from top to bottom. Time will ltell how it lasts for an expnsove man mad reed.

Nice tone for a synthetic reed

Sounds brighter than most other synthetic reeds, good response. Way better than the legere studio cut and almost as good as the signature cut.
The strength chart seems accurate at first, but it felt like the reed got softer over the course of one month. So unless you have two of the same mouthpiece, one slightly more open than the other, maybe go up half a strength.

The included reed "guard" is no good, it doesn't hold the reed in place very well and it's easy to damage the tip on it.
