Previously I used Dunlop rounded 3 mm picks - those helped me achieve great speed without much care. These need a bit more care though, but sound much sharper and I grew to like these more. The print rubs off quickly and they slide out of grip when fingers become sweaty, but I made some grooves with a file and it's all good now.
