A case you should be able to love and trust.

I love the design of this case, and I find it generally well conceived.

However, I have had quite a poor experience with the build quality and service - first, the case arrived without any bow holders, so I had to send it back and wait again for delivery etc., which was quite a nuisance. Now, after just a year of use, one of the clips has broken. I am gentle with the case and have kept it in BAM's own submarine hoodie, so the latch has not been exposed to undue damage.

For an expensive case designed to look after extremely valuable instruments, I do ultimately expect better.
