Note that DHL/UPS deliver packages until December 23rd, so please make sure to be present, at the shipping address, in order to receive them on time. We ship almost all parcels via premium shipping, so the delivery times within Europe are usually between 2 to 5 working days.
You can check the status of your shipment in your customer centre online via online tracking. Our notification service informs you automatically on request, before the goods are delivered to you.
Please note our availability indicator: green means the product is in stock and can be shipped immediately (currently more than 90% of our product range). For orders with sold out goods, we can not guarantee timely delivery before Christmas.

Oversized Items If an item weighs more than 30 kg or is large in size (bass cabinets, upright basses, digital pianos, etc.) it needs to be transported via pallet and transport truck and, unfortunately, delivery before Christmas can no longer be guaranteed.
Important note: Of course we can not guarantee for the transit times of the individual shipping service providers. Likewise, we have no influence on “force majeure” such as ice and snow. Therefore, please order on time so that all instruments and equipment are punctually under the Christmas tree.

I’ve just returned a guitar, (i sent it yesterday) for a refund to my Thomann account… and I’m really hoping to order the replacement to have it for Christmas.
The shipping deadline for france is the 19th… can I change my requested refund to my thomann account for a refund to my paypal instead, so that I can go ahead and order the new guitar now and I don’t have to wait for the return to reach you?
