Vielseitiges Mundstück

Das Yanagisawa-Mundstück Soprano Sax Metal 6 gefällt mir außerorentlich gut. Es spricht gut an, die hohen Lagen sind sehr gut zu erreichen, bei den tiefen Lagen muss man, wie bei einem Sopransaxophon üblich, schon sehr genau "treffen".

Dafür ist der Klang nicht sehr charakteristisch. Damit will ich sagen, dass sich m. E. das Mundstück sehr gut für viele Arten von Musik eignet, nur wer einen besonders harten, spitzen oder einen sehr voluminösen Klang erwartet, könnte entttäuscht sein. Dem sind bei einem Sopransaxophon ohnehin Grenzen gesetzt.

Besonders möchte ich das Mundstück jenen empfehlen, die, wie ich, einen verhältnismäßig kleinen Mund haben, denn es ist wesentlich schmaler gebaut als die Mumstücke aus schwarzem oder ähnlichem Material.

Brillant und präzise

Ich war erstaunt über den brillianten und präzisen, angenehmen Sound des Mundstücks.
Es harmoniert sehr gut mit meinem System 54 One Piece Curved Neck Soprano. Die Verarbeitung hat nicht ganz so gut abgeschnitten, weil das Mundstück mir den Kork zerschrubbt hat.
