Tones of tone!

Yamaha is really on the cutting edge of guitar innovation. The fretwork was solid out of the box. I hand-polished the frets and made a few adjustments. It plays like silk and sounds incredible. The bridge pickup rocks and is very clear. The focus switch when playing with the bridge pickup adds a warmth that is perfect for solos. If you are looking for a versatile workhorse to gig with...this is it. The guitar is also perfectly balanced - neither the neck nor the body is heavy.

Japanese Precision and Surprising Versatility

This guitar is absolutely extraordinary, and the fact that it’s available at this price point is astonishing. To me, the feel is closer to a Les Paul, but it offers far more versatility. For example, last weekend I played it at an anniversary gig with my old death metal band from my teenage years, and it handled high-gain tones effortlessly.

While it’s not a heavy guitar, it’s also not super light. Ergonomically, it’s well-balanced, but if you prefer playing with the guitar positioned slightly higher on your body (the proper position), the edge might press against your picking arm slightly. The neck is comfortable yet substantial—not designed for virtuosity but offering a unique sense of stability and precise control.

What truly makes this guitar stand out is its ability to inspire creativity through its versatile tones and almost academic feel. I believe any guitarist would be delighted to own this instrument, as it surprises with its tone and versatility in every situation.

Ich spiele sehr oft live und habe eine gut klingende neue No. 1 gesucht - und gefunden.
Klingt Hammer und sehr variabel und sieht noch dazu fresh aus. Dachte dass mir das Gewicht ggf. Probleme bereitet, da ich von einem schwedischen kopflos-Leichtbau gewechselt bin, dem ist aber nicht so.
Keinerlei makel wie Grat am Bund nicht bundrein eingestellt erkennbar - ausgepackt nachgestimmt und los gehts.
Meine No. 1!

La peinture est légèrement craquelée sur la jointure.

Pour le reste la guitare est d'excellente qualité. Les mécaniques sont pas belles mais très stables et de haute qualité.

Le son ainsi que les options de tonalité est le meilleur!
