Quick and correct international delivery. (Germany-Bulgaria) Chat support team is responsive and kind. The product itself is one of the best digital pianos in this class. Compact - I can fit it in a small apartment with not much space. Materials used are high quality. The sound is near an acoustic piano. Works pretty well with Yamaha app - smart pianist, where you can adjust settings in a welcome interface.

Pour remplacer un vieux mais bon clavinova CLP-123, le toucher et le son sont largement améliorés, instrument totalement adapté à mon niveau d'utilisation. La finition (Noir brillant) est très belle ce qui en fait en plus du bon son, un bel instrument.
Enfin mention spéciale au service client, hyper réactif et très efficace. Un léger contretemps réglé en moins de 24h au moment de la transaction...on se sent à l'écoute et tout est fait pour arranger. Livraison à la date indiquée avec RDV planifié au téléphone, colis bien traité par le transporteur. Tous les voyants sont aux vert! Merci!
